Also, when you ran the Sun Device Detection tool, were there any comments at 
the bottom of the window? Sometimes there are comments in there that give hints 
about what to do to fix the problem. Maybe you could do a CTRL-PrintScreen and 
upload the screen capture image to a site somewhere (photobucket.com?) so we 
can all take a look at it.
