Here is my advice, try downloading the Milax CD from here: http://www.milax.org/
Milax is like a very small OpenSolaris distribution that will run fast even with very little RAM. Then once you have booted up into Milax, and get a command line shell, try running this command: prtconf | grep -i mem and this command: psrinfo -pv then post the results in this thread. -- This message posted from opensolaris.org
