[osol-help] who is opensolaris for?

Thank you for the abundant helpful advice.
If I made a list of things I need rather than just want my computer to do, I'd 
end up with Windows! Because of my medical work. That's why I have to keep a 
Windows partition though I much prefer open source for many reasons.
I'll try to get my sound working with the help of those links...
