That should be the nvidia MSI interrupt problem...

Uncommenting AllowMSI=0 in /kernel/drv/nvidia.conf
should work around the problem.

Have a look at this thread, John Martin has put a
fixed nvidia driver package on comcast.net that
might fix the MSI issue:

Interesting, John is actually looking for someone with a 
GeForce 6200 add-on card to reproduce the MSI
interrupt problem.

(I have a GeForce 6200 / ASUS M2N-SLI deluxe
but no problem with using an MSI interrupt with
the nvidia driver)
