Please also check the Device Driver utility to see if there are any device 
driver problems and if there are, please post them in this thread. If you don't 
know how the device driver utility works, then go to this link:

Also, run the "svcs -x" command at the command line to see if there are any 
problems with any services that failed to start. 

And one more thing, are you still dual-booting OpenSolaris with another 
operating system (like Microsoft Windows or Linux) where your nNvidia drivers 
still work? If so, reboot into the other operating system and run the The Sun 
Device Detection tool which you can get from the link below:

http://www.sun.com/bigadmin/hcl/hcts/device_detect.jsp

It might give you some good hints on where you can find the drivers you need. 
So run that device detection tool if you can and let us know what the output of 
it was.
