I already stepped in the pkg image-update pile......Hosed both of my installs hard-core! (I also run on bare metal) Makes me kinda scared of 2008.11.......... Grub hosed over, so I downloaded the latest release candidate for 2008.11.........On two different machines, grub hosed over on a fresh install and would not boot upon completion.....
