These numbers can be somewhat deceiving, as the second to the most recent 
release of iiim (as included in RC1) is only a bare bone version which has 
jettisoned all the input and keyboard options.  In previous versions, the 
differences were substantially worse.

I understand that it is important to cut these options to make iiim less 
unstable and for better performance and to save space, but this also makes the 
OpenSolaris LiveCD, at least for most traditional Chinese users who do not 
have, or don't know how to use a bopomofo keyboard, practically unusable.  (Of 
course, we can always install SCIM ...)

I used to think that at least iiim has the advantage of having the on-screen 
virtual keyboard.  But this is gone, too.

Also, when I hit the "help" button, the machine would freeze for about 20 
seconds, then nothing came out.

Perhaps we should rename the OpenSolaris version of iiim to apatch-iiim, but my 
main concern is, we may not have the right resources to keep patching it. :-(
