Hi. My question is probably even more Elementary: I am currently running Linux
9.3. I have the free version of Solaris 10 (Dec, 2006) and am clueless to the
install procedure. I opened the Installer with emacs and found the following:
#!/bin/ksh
#
# "@(#) installer.sh 1.4 01/04/04
#
#Start a java environment to run a Solaris Web Start class archive file
#from the .install directory
fullname=$0
dir_name='/usr/bin/dirname $full_name'
exec ${dir_name}/.install/install_common install $@
Does anyone know what I have to do? Where is the .install directory?
Thank you. It's good to know this forum exists.
