Hi,

Is this the Indiana prewiev CD you are using ?

Solaris used to use PC Partition type 130 AKA "Linux SWAP"
THis became a real problem for multibooted PC workstations. As
Linux owerwrote the solaris partition if you were somewhat careless.

These days PC Partition type 191 (labled Solaris 2 , or Solaris new )
is used

Solaris will be able to use the 45 GB on your disk if you delete the
LINUX SWAP partition
If the area is without a partition the installer will create one or give
you the option
to create a "Solaris new " partition.
