I got the same problem after installing with the default 560MB RAM and the
default display resolution. Then I increased the memory to 1 GB, booted from
the live CD again, changed the resolution to 1280x720, and reran the install
process. I don't know which change fixed the issue, but at least I got
OpenSolaris running this way. Just increasing the RAM after the install didn't
fix the proglem.
