Hi I added/installed a package (SUNWvboxguest) with pkgadd -d. Now there is a new Version but I can't install it with pkgadd.
I get this message: Processing package instance <SUNWvboxguest> from </media/VBOXADDITIONS_2.1.0_41146/VBoxSolarisAdditions.pkg> Sun xVM VirtualBox Guest Additions(i386) 2.1.0,REV=r41146.2008.12.17.10.07 Current administration requires that a unique instance of the <SUNWvboxguest> package be created. However, the maximum number of instances of the package which may be supported at one time on the same system has already been met. No changes were made to the system. How I can update the package? Is that the right way to install a package wich isn't in a repository? The Doc about IPS is not easy to understand for a newbie like me :-) Thx -- This message posted from opensolaris.org
