So we created an ISCSI target on our Solaris box and are now having trouble connecting to it from Windows 2003, Windows Vista, or Windows XP when the target is greater than 2GB.
If the target's less the 2GB, it works fine. The problem is, we want the whole 8TB exposed. Windows gives the error in the event log: Event ID 26 ISCSIPRT Target trying to send more data than requested by the initiator. We're using the Microsoft ISCSI Initiator.
