Hi, I have been trying to help Daniel troubleshoot an install issue he
has been having, and have run across some things that are beyond my
experience. (I work mostly with Sparc and on the x86 system I have
access to there is no alternates slice 9 setup.)

Thanks,
Brian

It did not complain...
Nothing looks suspicious to me, maybe the boot and alternate parts which also
are on the backup. I don't know...
