[osol-help] datalink-management:default fails on zfs boot

Ok, here. This fixes it

(cd /etc ; find . -type D -depth -print) | (cd /zfsroot/etc ; xargs touch)

So, there's either a bug in the docs OR dlmgmtd doesn't create the pathname 
when it should!
