Yes, I upgraded using the CAM to the latest firmware baseline. I've now tried running it off the latest Solaris 10 x86 fully patched and still have the same problems. I tried creating a host group with one host and the WWN for the initiator. It's of type Solaris_MPxIO. Still the same problems. I've used an SST 2540 before which just worked. From the O/S the disks created just seem unwritable.
I'm beginning to think the SST2530 with SAS connections using LSI HBAs just doesn't work. This message posted from opensolaris.org
