Some update on the issue.
1. I did an analyze with the Solaris format tool, but this did not return any
issues.
2. Now that this third drive is UFS formatted, I could mount it from another
drive running Solaris 10.
I copied a file from c0 to c4. Both disks are exactly the same.
Here is the output of iostat -xne 1 during the copy:
