Finally, I found the solution:

Boot to Failsafe, enter all necessary commands to get the new Boot Environment 
mounted.

Then
# pkgrm -R /a NVDAgraphics
# pkgrm -R /a NVDAgraphicsr

Then reboot, and it should start relatively normal. Then download the latest 
96.43-driver from Nvidia, and install it on a command line session.
