When Indiana is released for real in 6 months, it should have similar
levels of polish, but the release planned for next week is a prototype
to get people to start testing the new features like the new package
manager so that they can be polished for the March release.

They will be available for download, but not included, at
least initially, in the main CD.

Not yet - suspend-to-ram just integrated last week, but needs
a lot of drivers to be updated to support it before it works
on a wide range of machines. See:

The kernel, drivers, and some programs are provided in both
32-bit & 64-bit. Most programs are 32-bit only since they
don't benefit enough from 64-bit to be worth the extra space
taken.
