It looks until unable to initialize T-state is supported with 64bit, you need 
to use  your earlier work around in "problem: Live cd wouldn't boot answer: 
Booted 32 bit kernel and set acpi-user-options=0x8"
and you should submit a bugid on your dmesg output of :

prtdiag -v ;  /usr/X11/bin/scancpi ;  prtpicl -v ; prtconf -Dpv ; dmesg
