My colleague and I are trying to get away from XP on our desktops at work OpenSolaris 2008.11 installs and runs well with the exception of the Dell ATI 2400 card with the splitter.
I am currently running Ubuntu on this machine but since we support all Solaris 10 (Sparc) boxes we would like to run OpenSolaris. Here are the HW specs (from hwinfo on Ubuntu) cpu: Intel(R) Core(TM)2 Duo CPU E8500 @ 3.16GHz, 2000 MHz Intel(R) Core(TM)2 Duo CPU E8500 @ 3.16GHz, 2000 MHz graphics card: ATI Radeon HD 2400 XT sound: Dell Optiplex 755 Any help appreciate rk -- This message posted from opensolaris.org
