Hi I am running Solaris Express Community Edition snv_97 in a VBox 2.0 with the host OS SunOS hb.humanities.manchester.ac.uk 5.11 snv_95 i86pc i386 i86pc Solaris OpenSolaris 2008.11 snv_95 X86
On booting the Virtual Box I get the message: WARNING: cpu: failed to update microde from version 0x0 to 0x17 The machine is a Dell GX280 and below is a snip from dmesg: cpu0: x86 (chipid 0x0 GenuineIntel F41 family 15 model 4 step 1 clock 3192 MHz) [ID 950921 kern.info] cpu0: Intel(r) Pentium(r) 4 CPU 3.20GHz Don't see that when I boot the OpenSolaris host box.
