Are you using comcast as a provider?  Customers were seeing problems
w/ resets.

Is your link via satellite?  Since IPS currently uses short-lived
connections, window size negotiation (warning, I'm not a networking
expert), etc gets done a lot.

Updating IPS first gets you code that is much more robust (retries, etc)
in the face of network failure.
