You should just be able to mount it.  The format command will tell you
the drive's path and you can use that to mount the FAT partition.

For example if format shows you have a device c2d0, you should be able
to use

mount -f pcfs /dev/dsk/c2d0p0 to mount the first partition, assuming
that's the FAT partition.
