The first boot takes the longest (initializing SMF).

Provided you downloaded and installed OpenSolaris _not_ SXCE , to upgrade
OpenSolaris:

export PKG_CLIENT_TIMEOUT=900 ; pkg set-publisher -O http://pkg.opensolaris
.org/dev opensolaris.org <http://opensolaris.org/>; pkg refresh --full ; pkg
install SUNWipkg ; pkg image-update
