You could try to install OpenSolaris 2009.06 from www.opensolaris.com 2009.06 means released 6th month in year 2009. The next version will be 2010.02, which means it will be released februar 2010.
Then you should use the "Update Manager" to update to the latest build. The latest build is currently build 127. OpenSolaris 2009.06 is build 111b. A new build is released every two weeks.
