Hi all I'm new to OpenSolaris and I'm having trouble installing the OS on one of my servers. The server is a HP DL320s with an Intel dual core CPU and a P400 RAID controller. When the LiveCD (the latest release version) gets to the GRUB loader no matter which option I select it starts booting and then stops at a text copyright header.
I've tried booting using a USB CD drive and via the onboard management processor, iLO2 with no luck. I've downloaded the snv_130 LiveCD from Genunix and it has made no difference except the header now says snv_130. I've search high and low with no luck so far. Does anyone have any suggestions on what I can try next? I can post the full specs and a screen shot of the issue if desired. Thank you for any help! Bede -- This message posted from opensolaris.org
