Did you pickup on the implications of the "beadm list" command I sent? That it is safe to kick off an update install during which you can keep working. After it is done, you can decide when to reboot to it. Then if it has problems and it is taking more time that you have to sort it out you can just "beadm activate <111b>" and "init 6" and you are back on your stable 111b version. Really low risk.... However, if you have two systems then your decision above is also cool but different server types and cards can be OK on one and still have problems on the other. Alternate Boot Environments and beadm are really cool and very time savings.
