Well, if you (someone on-site) can boot the liveCD iso and have
someone pick the grub option that enables SSH you could then remotely
log in to the system (forwarding X) and run the gui installer over the
forwarded X connection.  But if you can't do that, you're pretty much
just out of luck.  Although you could probably make use of the bootable
Automated Installer iso's.  But again, you'd need someone to put the ISO
in the machine and then boot it.  You'd also then have to somehow figure
out what IP address the machine gets via DHCP when the ISO boots up
(which would be hard without on-site assistance).

An alternative could also be any of the myriad 'hacks' that people have
come up with to install S10 and OpenSolaris on the same zfs root pool.
Google's your friend.  Bottom line, there's no supported/easy way to
accomplish what you're wanting to do.
