Looks like, No from the driver page. I went to the website and they only have drivers for the SpacePilot, SpacePilotPro and SpaceExplorer Serial for both X86 and Sparc. A Sparc only driver for SpaceExplorer USB. But looking at the "Release_Notes-All_Platforms_20090806.pdf" on page 8 (shown below) shows the the same driver works on all devices.
