Hi jkeil. Regarding the first block of my hdd i'm sure it's ok. After installing Win 7 i had tried immediately the liveCD of OSol and it gave me the same warnings/problem. The partition table was untouched and Win7 was booting correctly.
After that i've modified partition table as i showed in the first post. and Win7 continues to boot correctly. I think the MBR of the hdd now contains simply the Windows boot loader that it isn't modified from the origial. Unfortunately i cannot try to wipe the hdd or install the OSol using the whole hdd 'cause win7 partition contatins important data. I have no password for hdd. Bios storage option are very poor.
