[osol-help] Problem with update to snv_130 from snv_111

I got the same message when updating from 117 to 130 and used the 'fix' in the 
release notes, and it booted sorta clean, except that the services panel is 
broken and it looks like most of the services did NOT come up. I haven't seen 
anything to fix it so I've rebooted back in the old root. Which has pissed me 
off as it's lost a lot of the apache logs and some mysql data files.
