I've been messing around with VMware workstation 5.0 to help debug my boot problem with build22 or greater of OpenSolaris and i noticed that a devices called zconsnex gets initialized right after xsvc. Here is what it looks like with -m milestone=none -v:
xsvc0 at root xsvc0 is /xsvc pseudo-device: pseudo1 pseudo1 is /pseudo/[EMAIL PROTECTED] ISA-device: ecpp0 The important part is that the line right after xsvc0 is /xsvc is the pseudo-device entry. If you look at the corrupted text that I've submitted in a past entry, you'll notice that the garbled text could spell pseudo. I'm wondering if this zconsnex is what is causing my problems. If it is, what the heck changed between build 21 and build 22 to cause these problems. How can I use the source browser to find out and better yet, can someone fix this in a future build so I can use the latest version of OpenSolaris again?
