The Solaris Nevada I've installed allows for driver updates via the ITU
diskette, but my machine does not have a floppy drive. Solaris Nevada (unlike
Solaris 10) also allows the update via CD, but in all of my searching I
cannot find instructions on how to create the CD.

Sure, for floppies it's well documented that you do (e.g., in Linux):
dd if=DU.img of=/dev/fd0 bs=18k

But given that I have the ITU image (from www.tools.de/solaris/ITU), exactly
how should I burn it onto a CD?
