It should work by creating an ISO9660 filesystem from the
files that can be found on the DOS/FAT ITU floppy.
With Solaris the following might work (untested):
lofiadm -a /tmp/DU.img
mount -F pcfs /dev/lofi/1 /mnt
mkisofs -r -o /tmp/DU.iso /mnt
Note that the ITU floppy image from www.tools.de/solaris/ITU
contains drivers for Solaris 8 x86 .. Solaris 10 x86 only. For
Solaris Nevada, you have to create a new directory DU/sol_211
and duplicate all files from DU/sol_210 into the new sol_211
directory (before creating the ISO9660 filesystem).
