You'll need a lot more than just that one package to get a working
compilation environment.  The packages are on the DVD in the
Product/Solaris_11 subdirectory, but since you don't have it I'm not
sure what to recommend other than reinstalling and selecting the full
set of packages.  You can download the ISO via opensolaris.org and use
lofi to mount it without burning it if you want to try installing
packages until you find everything you need, but it will be much
faster and more enjoyable to just start over.

Also, when you do so, you will get gcc installed for you in
/usr/sfw/bin.  As of S10 it's no longer necessary (nor advised) to
install third-party gcc packages.
