My problem is that after I installed solaris developer express edition, the boot loader can not start windows. ( windows vista was the original operating system on the HP lap top). There is still windows entry on the boot loader, but after I choose windows, it complained winload.exe can not be found.
I didn't specifically partition my hard drive ( was only one partition on the only hard drive before solaris). I used the windows harddisk manager shinked the windowns partion into harf, the rest half became unallocated space. Then I installed solaris, solaris automatically formatted the unallocated space into solaris format partition, but was not able to recognize windows NTFS file system partition at that time, just said unknow space. After installation, solaris works fine, but windows can not be booted.
