Most likely, this is bug 6332924 "snv_24 /usr/ccs/bin/as
adds new HWCAP tags to previously untagged objects:

Are you using a old system - a system with a CPU that doesn't
have SSE support (e.g. Intel Pentium II or AMD K7)?
This bug should be fixed in SNV80, when that becomes available...
