AMD Athlons do not have SSE support, so they are affected by bug 6332924. My old AMD Athlon 900 MHz box had the same problem... If all goes well and the SNV80 install media includes the new libc.so.1 shared library that isn't tagged any more with the flag "needs SSE", SNV80 should be installable on Athlon (and Pentium II) boxes once again. > Also, can you tell me what happens in six months > after Solaris Express expires?
