I verified the one i use for the current upgrade yes.

I guess the install-finish should be on the DVD/image.
I've only installed sparc before, and i can se that a sparc dvd
has a
        Tools/Boot/sbin/install-finish
On an x86  DVD things look different, I guess it should be in some  
unpacked
package, perhaps one of the cpio.bx2 things?
