Anyways, I got it fixed as per the following: (1.) format (2.) Select disk (3.) Select disk number (4.) Enter Cylinders, etc (5.) format > menu (6.) format > disk (7.) format > fdisk (8.) format> label (9.) format> verify (10.) format> par (11.) partition> mod (12.) Select partitioning base: (13.)
