You should use Solaris2 type of partition,
boot the Solaris install dvd and pick the menu and go to single user mode to
manually set it up
fdisk /dev/rdsk/cxdxp0
Total disk size is 19929 cylinders
Cylinder size is 16065 (512 byte) blocks
