Your ether network device is the Nvidia 10de,269
It looks like the nge driver has been a problem in the past.Try google "solaris
10de,269"
Try stopping nwamd :-
% svcadm disable svc:/network/physical:nwam
% svcadm enable svc:/network/physical:default
Then try to manually plumb it:-
ifconfig nge0 plumb up
ifconfig nge0 192.168.1.x netmask 255.255.255.0
If you can now ping other local devices its working.
If this does not work try a newer version of Nevada i.e. b78
You could also try installing the free nfo driver from:-
