Oh I should have given you a word of caution earlier. Hopefully you are still 
watching this thread. Once your machine becomes dual os bootable with windows 
your manufacturer will probably void your warranty. Leastwise it happened to 
me. Really ticked me off because I went over with the salesman my intent. This 
was back when dell was advertising they would custom build you a computer. I 
wanted one built solaris 10 out-of-the-box compatible. The salesman even 
researched the compatibility list. About a year ago 7months into warranty 
solaris changed their installer and it loaded something into ram which locked 
up a unix boot. I always have two versions available one older on one harddrive 
and the newest on the other harddrive. This killed the boot from either 
harddrive but windows was fine I just new I blew a memory card and just wanted 
my hardware checked (Windows requires less memory). Anyway they immediately 
voided my warranty. Turned out reseating the memory card would clear 
 it and solaris did work that problem out.
                            Thought you should be aware of this
