All you see in the list of interfaces are the loopback interface. SOlaris has not found you network adapter. the commands that list the hardware in the system is /usr/X11/bin/scanpci and prtconf -pv If the USB attached network adapter you mentioned above is the onlyone you have i dont have much hope for you. the easiaset solution in that case is to buy a " Intel Pro1000 GT " desktop NIC for about $50 USD whic fits in an PCI slot on the motherboard. //Lars This message posted from opensolaris.org _______________________________________________ opensolaris-help mailing list [email protected]
