I've managed somehow to corrupt my GL libraries, as nvidia-settings or
gnome-appearance-properties report:
$ gnome-appearance-properties
ld.so.1: gnome-appearance-properties: fatal: /usr/lib/libGLcore.so.1: corrupt
or truncated file
ld.so.1: gnome-appearance-properties: fatal: libGLcore.so.1: open failed: No
such file or directory
ld.so.1: gnome-appearance-properties: fatal: relocation error: file
/usr/bin/gnome-appearance-properties: symbol glXQueryServerString: referenced
symbol not found
Killed
$ nvidia-settings

ERROR: libGL setup error : ld.so.1: nvidia-settings: fatal: libGLcore.so.1:
open failed: No such file or directory

The library exists

# ls /usr/X11/lib/NVIDIA/libGLcore.so.1 -l
-rw-r--r-- 1 root bin 2663934 2008-07-30 09:14
/usr/X11/lib/NVIDIA/libGLcore.so.1

but ldd reports

# ldd  /usr/X11/lib/NVIDIA/libGLcore.so.1
ldd: /usr/X11/lib/NVIDIA/libGLcore.so.1: elf_getehdr: Format error: shdr table
truncated

Can you tell me what pkg installs these libraries, and how to go about
reinstalling? I've tried un/reinstalling NVDAgraphics:

# pkg info NVDAgraphics
          Name: NVDAgraphics
       Summary: NVIDIA Graphics System Software
         State: Installed
     Authority: opensolaris.org (preferred)
       Version: 0.5.11
 Build Release: 5.11
        Branch: 0.94
Packaging Date: Mon Jul 21 21:07:22 2008
          Size: 61.0 MB
          FMRI: pkg:/[EMAIL PROTECTED],5.11-0.94:20080721T210722Z

but this pkg apparently only contains drivers, and does not fix the library
corruption. Am at 2008.11 snv_93 x86. Thanks!
