Hi, I'm having a bit of a problem following exactly what your situation
is. It sounds like you need the Sun compilers instead of the gcc
compiler. Based on the fact that you downloaded an IDE, it appears that
you are also looking for that. To get both, download SunStudio at the
link below:
http://developers.sun.com/sunstudio/downloads/index.jsp
It is also based on NetBeans but it comes with the Sun compilers.
