I had similar issues with SXCE b105 and b109. Seems to be gone in b114.
My solution was to add -B intel-iommu=no in the grub line. Bug 6819642
indicate that it might be possible to modify rootnex.conf to work around
the issue too. Try searching for intel-iommu on bugs.opensolaris.org
which show a fair amount of issues, some which are fixed too.
