i thought i was using the same one. 2008.11 but ive tried all the
others too. havent seen a hyper threading option in the bios ill check
again. the other releases show different errors and all fail.
you think they would have updated the 2008.11 ?
Not sure, usually updates done via package manager util if using GUI, if
not then pkg update I assume as I have yet to explore the CLI properly
in OpenSol.
BTW HT is PIV concept, I don't think it applies to anything D, M etc...
I think it is standard on all multi core systems though which again
doesn't apply to you.

Just anything that could cause problems, try Google'ing around for what
they could be....
