The OpenSolaris installed currently supports installing into a single ZFS pool - there is currently no support for installing minimal files into a root pool and the rest elsewhere. Booting from a RAIDZ pool is currently not supported. Only single disk and mirrored configurations are currently supported for root pools. You might also be able to install Solaris 10 into an SVM RAID5 using Jumpstart.
