I definitely would love this working on OpenSolaris too. I have a setup where
I've connected a OpenSolaris fileserver to a VMware ESX 4 server without a IB
switch so the only way to make that work is to run a subnet manager on either
host. Trying to get OpenSM working on VMware ESX was a futile endeavour, so the
only real workable solution would be having some kind of subnet manager running
on OpenSolaris.
